Bridging Dialogues 2025: Beyond Organizational Habits

Bridging Dialogues 2025 was a meeting between visions, emotions, and new futures.

Bridging Dialogues 2025 was not just a simple event: it was a space of connection and inspiration where research and practice, body and mind, technology and humanity intertwine.
It is an invitation to look beyond, to let go of old habits to create new ways of being together in the workplace.

“There is something special that happens when people from different worlds come together to imagine new ways of working, experiencing organizations, and navigating change.”

The fourth edition of 2025, titled ‘Beyond Organizational Habits,’ came to life thanks to Peoplerise and Arsenalia, in collaboration with eFM, Talent Garden and Cultur-e. We chose to go beyond organizational habits, exploring how to make collaboration more human, sustainable, and generative, to face the continuous transformations that come our way.
A common thread ran through the day: the awareness that every authentic organizational change starts with people.

The morning of Bridging Dialogues 2025: keynote talks to inspire change

After a warm welcome from the organizers, who shared why they chose to be part of this day full of innovative exchanges, we immersed ourselves in the keynote talks of three extraordinary international voices.

Marta Bertolaso“When systems giggle: the art of lightness in heavy work”

Professor of Philosophy of Science

She guided us to see organizations as living systems, made up of relationships woven together like threads in a fabric. She brought attention to lightness within complexity and to the transformative role of presence and care from leaders.

Jennifer Garvey Berger“Growing big enough for love: the developmental case for connection in a fractured world”

CEO of Cultivating Leadership

She brought back to the center the deep value of relationships and love in work environments. The invitation? To rise toward love as an intentional practice, to build spaces where connection and well-being are drivers of evolution, with a vision of leadership seen through an evolutionary lens.

Robert Poynton –  “Sometimes magic is almost nothing”

Author, facilitator, experience designer

With a gentle and profound style, he reminded us that it’s not about forcing change, but about creating the conditions for it to emerge. Like a gardener who sows, nurtures, and weeds. This is how ideas are born and talents bloom.

The afternoon of Bridging Dialogues 2025: workshops to enact new possibilities.

Before the lunch break, each speaker presented their workshop in the plenary session, giving participants the opportunity to freely choose two sessions. The afternoon then featured concrete moments of action and experimentation in small groups, in an experiential way.

Nicola Powys“Beyond Dialogues: the art of seeing”

Artist, writer, facilitator

With extraordinary artistic exercises, Nicola awakened intuition and imagination, helping to let go of judgment and control. An invitation to see with new eyes, rediscovering authenticity and creativity.

Jonathan Antonio Edelman“Beyond solo genius: designing with distributed intelligence”

Organizational strategy designer, entrepreneur, and consultant for innovative companies

He proposed a sensory and conceptual immersion into systemic design, breaking the logic of the solitary brilliant idea to open up to collective intelligence.

Gulay Ozkan “Disrupting the default: rethinking tech-first habits”

Founder of GEDS Strategic Design Consultancy

She challenged us with an urgent question: are we letting technology drive our habits, or are we still able to choose? Her workshop provided tools to return to a more conscious and human use of technology.

Niels de Fraguier“Think into the future: redefining the meaning of success”

Ecoentrepreneur, author, and speaker

He guided the participants in a deep reflection on the concept of success, rewriting it in a relational, collective, and planetary key.

Milan Guenther & Bartek Balewski “Beyond organizational narcissism: shifting from inside-out to outside-in transformation”

Respectively Founder of EDGY of Intersection Group and Founder of Together Agency

They gave a hands-on experience of what it truly means to listen to the customer, and how to transform the organization not only from within but also from the outside: by bringing the real world into strategic decisions.

Belina Raffy “When systems giggle: the art of lightness in heavy work”

Capacity builder for people who do extraordinary things.

Through the lens of Human Systems Dynamics, she showed how to approach complex problems with lightness, humor, and compassion, transforming fatigue into generative creativity.

Bridging Dialogues 2025: A day that left a mark

We listened, explored, and redesigned visions.
We felt, in body and heart, that transformation is a human journey before it is an organizational one.
We were nourished more by questions than by answers.
And we understood that change becomes possible only when we learn to see, think, and act from different perspectives.

Bridging Dialogues will continue to be this:
a living laboratory where possibilities can blossom.
A bridge between present and future.
Between technology and humanity.
Between who we are today and who we could become, together.
