SB, with registered offices in Padua, Italy, at Via San Marco 9H, in its capacity as personal data controller (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), hereby issues this statement in compliance with the European and Italian laws on the protection of personal data, in order to inform you of the purposes and methods of the processing of personal data that you may communicate to us while browsing this website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

Please note that this statement refers only to the Site and not to websites of third parties that may be reached by the User via links.

 

CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED DATA

 

Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes, for example, the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation, and is deleted immediately after processing.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING, NATURE OF DATA PROVISION AND CONSEQUENCES IN CASE OF REFUSAL

 

The Data Controller will process your data in order to facilitate your navigation and to provide the services you may request through the forms provided on the Site. Apart from what has been specified for navigation data and technical cookies, within the sections of the Site set up for particular services at your request, you will be free to provide your personal data for the purposes set out in the respective information notices, but failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain the requested service.

DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION

 

The data subject’s data may be transferred to third parties located outside the European Economic Area that offer services connected to the processing operations carried out by the Data Controller and described in this Information Notice or to which the transfer of the data is necessary for the performance of the relationship existing with the data subject.

Such transfer, where applicable, will be governed, depending on the recipients, through the use of standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission with Decision 2021/914 of 4 June 2021 and any subsequent amendments or, alternatively, on the basis of an adequacy decision of the Commission and/or any other instrument permitted by law. Where applicable, the transfer will be based on the conditions set out in Article 49 GDPR on the terms provided therein.

 

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

 

It is your right to ask the Data Controller to access your personal data and to rectify them if they are inaccurate, to delete them or limit their processing if the conditions are met, to object to their processing for legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller, as well as to obtain the portability of the data personally provided only if they are subject to automated processing based on consent or contract. You also have the right to revoke the consent given for the purposes of processing that require it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the time of revocation.
