“I’m Arianna, Senior Director Global Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing at #ChiesiGroup. I hold a degree in Philosophy and have always been curious to understand ‘other’ situations, ‘other’ people, and ‘other’ ways of thinking.
After completing a Master’s in Training Management, my entire professional career has been within various Human Resources departments across different companies and industries.
Since 2015, I’ve been working at #ChiesiGroup, an international biopharmaceutical company headquartered in Parma, with offices in 30 countries. Starting in a role fully focused on Talent Acquisition and People Development for the Italian branch, I now lead global Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing efforts.
I have the honor of chairing Chiesi’s Global D&I Committee, a body representing all our geographic areas and functions.
