“I’m Paolo Gubitta, Full Professor of Business Organization and Coordinator of the Master’s Degree in Management for Sustainable Firms at the University of Padua. I’m also Scientific Director of the Entrepreneurship and Family Business Competence Center at CUOA Business School.

I teach Business Organization and Performance Management & Compensation. My work focuses on organizational development, governance of family businesses, and transformations in the world of work.

I serve on the scientific committees of AIDAF (Italian Association of Family Businesses), the Giacomo Brodolini Foundation, and Veneto Welfare. I have spent study and research periods in the United States, Israel, China, and Switzerland.”
