🚀 Is it culture that influences the People Experience, or is it the people experience that shapes organizational culture?
Can there be a single answer? Perhaps not, but it’s fascinating to explore which strategies and actions can harmonize these two dimensions in corporate change journeys.
In this episode of “Let’s Peoplerise with… Martina Rossi”, Service Designer at Amploom, we discuss this “organizational polarity,” approaching the topic from a complex perspective to seek balance rather than definitive solutions. Working with polarities allows organizations to better adapt to change, continuously improve, reduce conflicts, and develop a more systemic vision.
👉 How can we activate organizational change experiences that are effective and aligned with the company’s stated values?
👉 How can we design practices and processes that are not only appealing on paper but genuinely impactful in daily organizational life?
👉 How can we build a system that redistributes leadership while maintaining cohesion and direction?
👉 How can we balance individual needs with business objectives in promoting organizational wellbeing?

📌 The guest of this live session with peoplerisers Antonio Di Stefano and Flavio Fabiani is Martina Rossi.
