PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CANDIDATES

NOTICE PURSUANT TO THE RULES REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA.

We hereby issue this notice, pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereafter, “GDPR”), on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

Purpose and legal basis of processing

Your personal data are processed by Peoplerise Srl for purposes linked with or instrumental to seeking and selecting candidates. Data processing, which is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures adopted at your request, shall be carried out fairly, lawfully and transparently, and your privacy and rights shall be protected; your consent is only necessary if you disclose certain types of personal data (for example, if you belong to a protected category or are a member of a trade union).

Data retention period

Your Personal Data is used for selection purposes and will be kept for a maximum of 24 months. After this retention period, your Data will be destroyed or made anonymous.

Nature of the provision of the data and consequences of refusals

Providing data is necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purpose. If said data is not provided, our Company will not be able to evaluate your profile.

Categories of recipients

Exclusively for the purposes listed above, any collected and processed data may be disclosed to internal figures authorised to carry out processing based on their respective tasks, and also to the following types of external entities:

Should they process data on behalf of our Company, these recipients will be designated as data controllers, by contract or other legal agreement.

Transfer of data to third countries and/or international organisations

For reasons that are strictly organisational, some of your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the EU—particularly the US—as the Data Controller uses cloud services provided by suppliers selected from those who provide adequate safeguards, as required by art. 46 of the GDPR, as they adhere to the Privacy Shield framework.

 

Rights of data subjects

You are entitled (under articles 15 -22 GDPR) to request that our Company grants you access to your personal data and rectifies data if incorrect, to delete data or limit processing if conditions are met, or to object to data being processed for any legitimate interest sought by our Company. You also have the right to data portability if said data, provided by you, are subject to automated processing based on your consent or a contract.

You have the right to withdraw any consent granted for processing purposes that require it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority: The Italian Data Protection Authority.

DECLARATION OF CONSENT

The undersigned declares to have received comprehensive information, pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679, and grants consent for their personal data to be processed by ABC, with a particular focus on certain types of data that may be disclosed within limits, for the purposes and duration specified in the notice.
